Harvested in Eastern Australia, Rainforest Honey is produced from the nectars of various Rainforest flowers. This honey is a popular choice of sweetener for beverages among all age groups for its robust flavour. 

How to use this product:

• Dilute in water
• Direct consumption, straight from the spoon
• It is best paired with: On its own, teas, citric juice, toast and scones, salad and breakfast oats

Things to note:

Store this honey in room temperature, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is not necessary to keep honey in the refrigerator. Always use a dry spoon for honey.

Crystallisation rate of Rainforest Honey is fairly slow. Hence Rainforest Honey is likely to remain in liquid state for a longer period. Crystallisation is a natural process of honey.
